These are the terms. Nothing changes later, and nothing is held back for a conversation. Pick a tab to see the detail.

The commission per successful booking

5%

of the total stay value.A percentage of the booking value, not a fixed fee. Longer and higher value stays pay you more.

When the referral payment is made

After the guest has checked in.Not up front, not monthly, and not held until they depart.

Once they book and check in, we calculate 5% of the total stay value and pay you. You do nothing else.

There is no minimum booking value on any introduction you make.

How referrals are tracked and attributed to you

You get a unique referral link and code.Every booking that comes through it is recorded against you in our system and confirmed to you in writing.

When the terms are confirmed in writing

Before you introduce your first client.Register and we email these terms to you in writing straight away, and we will send a short referral agreement to sign if you would prefer one.
