Quick answers

Which option should I pick?

Under £2,800 a month, take the £250. Over it, take the 3%. You choose per property, so you can mix the two.

Do I have to do anything after the introduction?

No. We handle the landlord from that point on. You are not the contact for any problem.

Does the landlord pay more for being referred?

No. Both options come out of our management fee. Their terms and their return are identical.

What if the landlord takes months to decide?

Every introduction is logged against your agency for twelve months. If they sign in that window, it's yours.

What if the property leaves you early?

The £250 is yours outright. The 3% simply stops. Nothing is ever clawed back.

Do I need to be an estate agent?

No. Same terms for brokers, accountants, block managers, developers and anyone else working with landlords.

Which areas do you cover?

London and the Home Counties. Send anything you're unsure about and we'll tell you within a day.

Can I refer a whole block?

Yes, and they pay the most. Both options apply per unit, so a ten-unit block pays £2,500 or £3,600.
