Once you decide to partner with us, we handle everything needed to get your property guest-ready. This includes professional photography, listing creation, pricing setup, and coordinating any improvements to maximise your earning potential.
Your optimised listing goes live across multiple platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo. Our dynamic pricing engine immediately begins working to attract bookings at the best possible rates.
From here, we handle everything day-to-day. Guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance issues, review management—you can be as hands-on or hands-off as you prefer. Most hosts choose to simply check their monthly reports.
At the end of each month, you receive a detailed report of your property's performance along with your payout. Full transparency on occupancy, revenue, expenses, and our management fee. No surprises, ever.

Our fee covers all aspects of property management: listing creation and optimisation, professional photography, dynamic pricing, 24/7 guest communication, booking management, cleaning coordination, maintenance coordination, review management, and monthly reporting. The only additional costs are direct expenses like cleaning fees (which are typically covered by guest payments).
Most properties are live within 1-2 weeks of signing up. This includes time for professional photography, listing creation, and any minor preparations needed. If your property is already guest-ready, we can often move faster.
Absolutely. You can block off any dates you want for personal use through our simple owner portal. We just ask for reasonable notice so we can manage the calendar effectively and maximise your earning potential around your personal bookings.
Our team is available 24/7 to handle any issues that arise. From minor inconveniences to emergencies, we have established protocols and a network of trusted tradespeople to resolve problems quickly. We always keep you informed but handle the heavy lifting ourselves.
We use a combination of platform verification, booking history reviews, and direct communication to screen all guests. We can also implement additional requirements like minimum age, verified IDs, or longer minimum stays based on your preferences.
All major platforms provide host protection insurance, and we ensure your listing is always covered. We also document the property condition with photos before and after each stay. In the rare case of damage, we handle the claims process on your behalf.
If you have cleaners you trust and want to continue working with, we're happy to incorporate them into our system. Otherwise, we'll assign one of our vetted cleaning teams who are experienced in short-term rental turnovers and meet our quality standards.
